Tom is the head operating engineer for JV Lucas Paving, Inc. He is responsible for operating and managing all operations of our heavy equipment. Anthony sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth and also oversees the daily field operations. Rafael has been with JV Lucas Paving, Inc. for 35 years and is responsible for managing field activity. Rafael is responsible for making sure all safety protocols are met each day in the field. He is also responsible for training new staff members and works closely with our office and sales team to ensure each job is completed to our standard.
